Building Resilient Communities: Join Our Online Training for Young Adults.

24 June 2026 | 15:00–16:00 CET | Online

The Happiness in Practice project is pleased to invite young adults living in Belgium to participate in an online training session dedicated to well-being, resilience, active participation and community engagement.

Developed within the framework of the Erasmus+ project Happiness in Practice – Positive Psychology and Community Resilience, this event will introduce participants to the European Community of Practice, a collaborative space where young people, educators, youth workers and community practitioners can exchange experiences, learn from one another and contribute to positive social change.

Why participate?

Today’s young adults face numerous challenges: uncertainty, social isolation, digital overload and increasing pressure in both their personal and professional lives. Developing resilience, building meaningful connections and strengthening community engagement have become essential skills for navigating these challenges.

During this interactive session, participants will explore:

  • Emotional well-being and mental health promotion;

  • Positive psychology and practical strategies for happiness;

  • Resilience and adaptive capacities in times of change;

  • Active citizenship and social participation;

  • Community engagement and social inclusion;

  • Opportunities offered by the European Community of Practice.

The session is open to young adults aged 18 to 40 living in Belgium who are interested in personal development, civic engagement and European cooperation.
