Get Involved
We all carry stories that shape who we are — stories of joy, loss, courage, and transformation. Happiness in Practice invites you to share yours. Here, your voice becomes part of a community that listens, learns, and grows together. Through creative workshops and positive psychology tools, you’ll discover new ways to turn experience into strength, connect with others, and find meaning in the journey toward well-being.

Let's Make A Change
Take part in our activities
Training for Educators – International Workshop in Italy
The first international training brings together educators and facilitators from all partner organizations.
Through experiential sessions in Positive Psychology and certified Laughter Yoga practice, participants explore evidence-based methods to enhance emotional well-being, empathy, and resilience.
This activity lays the foundation for the local implementation of the Happiness in Practice approach
International Workshop in Spain
Hosted by European Social Art (ESA), this creative residency focuses on integrating artistic methods — storytelling, movement, and participatory theatre — with emotional education and positive psychology.
Participants co-create activities to promote happiness, empathy, and inclusion within adult education contexts.
The workshop strengthens collaboration between partners and prepares the next phase of local actions.
Local Happiness Workshops
Each partner country (Italy, Spain, and Belgium) organizes local workshops for adults aged 35–60.
These sessions offer accessible tools from Positive Psychology and Laughter Yoga to reduce stress, improve self-awareness, and build social connection.
Participants experience how shared laughter and mindfulness can transform everyday challenges into opportunities for growth and well-being.
Community of Practice (CoP)
A European online and offline space that connects educators, facilitators, and adult learners.
The CoP promotes peer learning, dialogue, and collective reflection on emotional health and sustainable well-being.
It continues beyond the project’s duration, ensuring that Happiness in Practice becomes a lasting movement of shared knowledge and support.
Happiness Toolkit
An open-access digital resource collecting the project’s main methods, exercises, and findings.
The Toolkit includes practical guides on Positive Psychology, Laughter Yoga, and community facilitation, along with scientific insights on neuroplasticity, empathy, and social resilience.
It is designed to inspire educators and organizations across Europe to apply the Happiness in Practice model in their own communities.
