About
Happiness in Practice is a Erasmus project dedicated to promoting emotional well-being, resilience, and social inclusion through the principles of Positive Psychology and Community Empowerment. It brings together adult educators, social workers, and community members from Italy, Spain, and Belgium to explore creative and evidence-based ways of fostering happiness in everyday life. Through workshops, theatre practices, and shared learning, the project transforms scientific knowledge into practical tools for self-awareness, connection, and sustainable well-being — helping individuals and communities not only to cope, but to flourish together.

We believe communities can rise stronger together — when every person is seen, valued, and empowered to grow.
Our Mission
Through the principles of Positive Psychology, social theatre, and experiential learning, we aim to empower adults and educators to rediscover their inner resources, build supportive communities, and turn personal and collective challenges into opportunities for growth and flourishing.

Our Vision
By bridging science and art, education and emotion, we aim to build resilient communities that find strength in diversity and harmony in collaboration.
