Perhaps happiness

Many adults seem to be carrying a lot at the same time: work pressure, financial worries, family responsibilities, uncertainty about the future, loneliness, lack of time, and the feeling that we should always be productive.

Sometimes happiness can start to feel like another goal we are supposed to achieve.

But perhaps happiness is not about feeling good all the time. Maybe it is more about having meaningful relationships, feeling that our life has direction, being able to cope with difficult moments, and finding small spaces of calm and connection in everyday life.

This is one of the reasons I joined this Community of Practice. I would really like to hear how other people experience these challenges in their own countries, communities and work with adults.

I’d love to exchange experiences and ideas with you.

Redefining Happiness

People often think of happiness in terms of achievement. While there is some truth to this, it raises an important question: what do we make of those who have been conditioned to believe that achievement is the only path to feeling complete? riprendere il lavoro a Valencia è stato ancor più interessante e produttivo.
